Strafford County Community Action Agency
The primary mission of the Community Action Agency is to work with low-income families and the elderly to assist them in their efforts to become or remain financially and socially independent. Programs include: Low-income home energy assistance, Electric Assistance, Neighbor Helping Neighbor, Security Deposit Guarantee Loan Program, Weatherization Assistance Program, Homeless Outreach/Intervention, Strafford County Head Start, Elderly Transportation, Workplace Success, and Self-sufficiency Case Management.
